Money no Sofá may sell eBooks and other digital products directly through the website. The product title, format, price, currency and any promotional price shown at checkout form part of the purchase information for that order.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorization. Digital access is provided after payment confirmation through the delivery method made available with the order. If a buyer is charged but cannot access the purchased file, they should contact money@moneynosofa.com with the order number so the issue can be investigated.
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Global Refund & Digital Products Policy and by any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the buyer. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
